After you have filled out the listing information, signed and faxed back (866) 460-2769, our listing agreement we will have you in the MLS within 24 hours. If you have ordered the Enhanced or Full Service Package our customer service team will coordinate with you and our virtual tour creator to have your home shot within seven days. Through our technology partners the pictures and virtual tour will load automatically to the MLS, Realtor.com and the homes website. You

What about For Sale by Owner signage?

Let?s be honest, For Sale By Owner signage is pretty cheesy and unprofessional looking. With List It Chicago you get professional quality signage with ALL of our Packages. We strongly recommend that you do not use For Sale by Owner signage as this serves to confuse agents and their qualified buyers.

Can I still sell my home "By Owner"?

Unlike traditional brokerages with their "Exclusive Right to Sell" listing agreements which (would bar you from selling your home to your own mother without giving your agent a commission) do not allow you to sell your home yourself, List It Chicago does not take away this right. You pay us a flat fee and that is it. You can still find a buyer who is not represented by an agent. No Agent, No Commission! Will List It Chicago try to sell my property to earn the buyer?s agent commission?

NO! List It Chicago will route all calls directly to you. We do not represent both sides of the deal (known as dual agency).

Do you hold earnest money?

No. We suggest the use of a competent real estate attorney in any real estate transaction. They will be able to hold earnest money or select a third party service.
